Sub-topic functionality

The MailInContrib will look for a pattern in the "To:", "cc:" and "Subject:" fields to determine which Web and Topic the email should be written to. If the Topic doesn't exist in the web a new one will be created.

It would be good if a parent topic could be nominated in the text which is passed to the mailer so that one could auto create a relationship between a (sub-) topic and its parent.
