bin/configure show blank in IE 8

Hi,

Have been using Forswiki 1.0.x for year, just try out Foswiki 1.1.1. I found the bin/configure show blank in IE 8 (both Win XP and Win 7). I click the view source; it was there, so somehow IE could not render the page. However, it worked for Chrome and Firefox.

Tested environments:
  • Wix XP, IE 8.0.6001.18702
  • Win7, IE 8.0.7600.16385
