Can't change STATEICONS?

I've installed ChecklistTablePlugin (and ChecklistPlugin, of course). It used to work fine for me in FW 1.0.9, but now in 1.1.2, I can't seem to change the state icons.

In my SitePreferences, I have the following:

   * New generally-useful-variables: 
      * Set WIP = %ICON{wip}%
      * Set BUG = %ICON{bug}%
      * Set BLANK = %ICON{web-bg}%
      * Set NO = %ICON{choice-no}%
      * Set CANCEL = %ICON{choice-cancel}%

For checklists:
   * Settings for System.ChecklistPlugin:
      * Set CHECKLISTPLUGIN_STATES = todo|wip|done|cancelled
      * Set CHECKLISTPLUGIN_STATEICONS = %<nop>CANCEL%|%<nop>WIP%|%<nop>Y%|%<nop>NO%
      * Set CHECKLISTPLUGIN_RESET = %<nop>CANCEL%
      * Set CHECKLISTPLUGIN_STATESEL = on
   * Settings for System.ChecklistTablePlugin:
      * Set CHECKLISTTABLEPLUGIN_ALLOWMOVE = on
      * Set CHECKLISTTABLEPLUGIN_SORT = off
      * Set CHECKLISTTABLEPLUGIN_QUICKADD = off
      * Set CHECKLISTTABLEPLUGIN_BUTTONPOS = left

Only %Y% works. The others, which I define as above, show a broken img.

Can anyone help explain/fix this?

In fact, I cannot add a row to a checklist table either. Is there something wrong with this plugin in FW v1.1.2?
