Using PhoneList in TopBar

Hi,

I would like to add the phone list to my TopBar (menu bar). However, once I add it and save, if I then try to use the PhoneList it tries to change the size of my menubar. Also lots of the names are hidden once they leave the bottom of the menubar box. Is it possible to have the phone list simply pop out the bottom of a TopBar frame?

Hi,

I've attempted that, but I am new to using a wiki and didn't really have any success. I think the main problem is that I have a topbar which is made of 3 columns, one is large and covers about 3/4 of the page the other two are small (one contains a link to some help pages, and the other contains a link to the mylogin page). I tried to include the phonelist below the login links, but I think what happens is that the table lengths (heights?) suddenly increase when I start to type in the phonelist, this means that everything moves around and resizes. Also, the list of peoples names doesn't show as I image a drop down menu would (i.e. hanging over the bottom border of the topbar), but rather appears to go under neath the border. Do you have any suggestions how I might resolve this? I've currently just gone with a link to a page that displays the table of all users data.
