This question about Upgrading from TWiki to Foswiki: Answered
Updating statistics cron for new FosWiki install
We're having an issue where our
WebStatistics have not been running automatically since our installation was upgraded from TWiki to Foswiki 1.0.9. This system was transitioned to me, so I'm not sure how the upgrade went. Looking at the cron entries for the system, the entry running the webstatistics is commented out. It's running ./statistics out of the old root bin, /data/twiki/bin. Can I continue to run it from there, or should I run it from the new root bin, nested as /data/twiki/umwiki/bin?
Thanks!
I don't know your directory install locations, but you should be running the scripts from the new installed locations - /data/twiki/umwiki/bin .. if that's where your foswiki installation is located.
The statistics program reads the Foswiki events log. You should be able to change to your Foswiki bin directory and kick off a statistics run manually to see that it's working okay. (May need to run as web server user).
/var/www/foswiki107/bin $ ./statistics
