Foswiki 1.1.3, %INSTANTIATE% Message, Calendar does not work

I had Foswiki 1.1.2 and FullCalendar worked fine there (Ubuntu 10.04). Now, on 2 other computers though also Ubuntu 10.04 and 8.04, I did fresh installation of Foswiki 1.1.3. The FullCalendar seems to have a problem and by opening predefined WebCalendar topic, gives messages ATTENATION: "%INSTANTIATE%"

At least the message comes from "oopsaccessdenied.tmpl", any idea further?

The %INSTANTIATE% error can be resolved by following the instructions given by DavidPatterson http://foswiki.org/Support/Question890

I've also updated the SVN version with the changes.
