Item10102: Remove orphaned webs

Removing:

• International incl subwebs
• subwebs below Sandbox
• subwebs below Trash

Backup is in /root/Removed-Webs-Item10102.tgz

Are these webs still in use?

• Legacy*
• Input
• Oldsystem

i would prefer to keep the Legacy* webs. Oldsystem should be safe to delete (otherwise someone else speak up!). Input is too cumbersome to use (though still a good idea). i suggest to retain it until there is agreement to discontinue it, or it gets improved.

I think Oldsystem and Input can both go. Input was relevant when there was activity in TWiki, but since it has pretty much died, there's no point in tracking it.

Removed Oldsystem and Input, too. Left Legacy* active.
