Work from ThomasZobel found on my disk. Dumping it to SVN.

Should be reviewed: uses MapUTF8. :-/ May not work well with all versions of TinyMCE.

Never finished work-in-progress. You may drop it, if you need the namespace in svn.

TMCE has an autosave (uses local browser storage). It might be easier to re-work that to work in both wikitext + wysiwyg mode (and less surprising for the user who didn't actually want to save their work yet).

To the future maintainer: please rename this to AutoSaveWikiTextPlugin, remove the tmce feature and relaunch it.
