Sandbox is a fine place for examples that people can play with.

It's a bad place for extension documentation. Sandbox is a place to play. Many fingers, things change or disappear.

The IssueExcelExportImport page (related to ExcelImportExportPlugin) is a case in point. This page documents important usage information for scripts that are included with the plugin.
