sounds like the core rss feeds need to be made more robust.

Yes, RSS has some very stringent validation requirements. I added <literal> to the summary to clean up validation issues in our default WebRss topics in Item2094. This issue might be specific to our Tasks web which uses a custom RSS topic.

I'm pretty sure this has been resolved. Setting to No Action. Both PadraigLennon and I have made changes that addressed this.
