Apache error_log is flooded with errors:

7772 hits so far in the 27th's error_log

(TablePlugin isn't much happier with over 5700 errors so far today)

Looks like resolved in 1.1.4 - no errors against InfoCache logged recently. Will set this task to waiting for release.
