When I try to pass a parameter using a variable like Item10863 this does not get expanded as I would expect:

Example: 

%TOPICCREATE{ template="TopicTemplate" topic="%TOPIC%Procedures" parent="TeamProcedures" TopicType="ProcedureMaster" Title="%TOPIC% Procedures" TopicCategory="%TOPIC%" }%

I tried escaping using nop and $percnt etc to no avail

Fixed in version 1.6.
