Item11302: Warning about redirect warning

The STARTFORM (or ENDFORM) macro of FormPlugin should generate some text to warn Firefox users when using server-side validation, that they will get a 307 redirect prompt and they should allow the redirect to go through.

This text should maybe be customisable in the FormPlugin Config.spec.

Sorry, I made it low because it really does undermine the usability of the plugin, especially since server-side validation is the default and it's not documented in the plugin itself that this redirect warning will pop-up. I spent some time trying to debug it before realising the warning is not a bug.
