Shifting heading levels

Would be nice having something what is described in the

• http://twiki.org/cgi-bin/view/Codev/AllowIncludeOrSearchToChangeHeaderLevels , and
• http://twiki.org/cgi-bin/view/Codev/RelativeHeadingLevelsforSEARCH .

Or, (if it is easier to implement - because don't touchig the "core" - make an universal Extension), like:

%STARTHSHIFT{1}% .... content where headings will be adjusted ... %STOPHSHIFT%

Is there any update on this? It looks like there were some checkins. I'll followup on the linked feature request.
