Item11430: update to WorkFlowPlugin 1.12.3 breaks foswiki

Hi, after updating to WorkFlowPlugin 1.12.3 I get following error - which stops foswiki from working

I disabled WorkFlowPlugin 1.12.3 , then foswiki works like normal - whithout the WorkFlowPlugin.

I can confirm this behavior. I just upgraded, and it killed my 1.1.4 dev site. View is broken site-wide, same error as above.

Yes, same problem. I believe I was having problems with certain files not saving edits. They happened to have WorkFlow in them. So I updated to 1.12.3 (today 1/10). And now whenever Workflow is enabled and I try to leave configure, I get this:

Also, I cannot leave a comment on this item 11430. Did we hit max text limit?

This one goes on my cap. Got a fix. Yet Item11419 is still creepy.
