With TagsPlugin enabled, every topic save, even if successful, produces an error page containing the following:

DBI connect('DATABASE:localhost','root',...) failed: Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO) at [redacted]/foswiki/lib/Foswiki/Contrib/DbiContrib.pm line 96 at /usr/lib64/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/x86_64-linux-thread-multi/DBI.pm line 672 [remainder of stack trace removed]
