The documentation for BatchUploadPlugin advises to include the macro %BATCHUPLOADCHECKBOX% into the attach templates. This macro is not defined by BatchUploadPlugin, and the string ends up verbatim in the generated HTML.

According to the chat log at http://irclogs.foswiki.org/bin/irclogger_log/foswiki?date=2010-11-10,Wed at 20:42 - 20:45, this is a leftover of a private extension to BatchUploadPlugin, and should be removed.
