When using create_new_extension.pl to create a new plugin, the MANIFEST file that gets created lists:

data/System/EmptyPlugin.txt 0644 Documentation page
data/System/VarEXAMPLETAG.txt 0644 Tag documentation
data/Sandbox/PluginTestEmptyPlugin.txt 0644 Examples
lib/Foswiki/Plugins/EmptyPlugin.pm 0444 Perl module
lib/Foswiki/Plugins/EmptyPlugin/Config.spec 0444 Configuration

rather than the actual filenames that get created.

Fixed correctly and removed hack.

This was marked as "Being worked on" but without any "WaitingFor". As far as I know Geroge is able to build and release, and on that basis I'm closing it.
