Item11734: spurious attachment uploaded

A few minutes ago, I visited
System.SiteChanges and noticed a page I had just visited changed. When I looked at the change, it claimed that I had uploaded a file. I didn't upload the file, and I don't even have the file on my computer, so I am filing a task, but I'm not sure what information to include. Here's an excerpt from the Foswiki log:
| 2012-04-07T10:09:38Z info | z3208682 | view | Main.UberSearchBox | Firefox | 149.171.67.155 |
| 2012-04-07T10:09:59Z info | z3208682 | upload | System.PageCaching | cqc2t360.png, dontlog Firefox | 149.171.67.155 |
| 2012-04-07T10:10:07Z info | z3208682 | viewfile | Main.SitePreferences | scienceUNSW.gif Firefox | 149.171.67.155 |
Here's the equivalent accesses from the Apache log (static files not listed):
149.171.67.155 - - [07/Apr/2012:20:09:38 +1000] "GET /Main/UberSearchBox?section=topic;skin=text&baseweb=System&q=search&limit=10×tamp=1333793378064 HTTP/1.0" 200 4224
149.171.67.155 - - [07/Apr/2012:20:09:56 +1000] "GET /bin/kinosearch/System/PageCaching?search=search&web=all HTTP/1.0" 200 269900
149.171.67.155 - - [07/Apr/2012:20:10:07 +1000] "GET /pub/Main/SitePreferences/scienceUNSW.gif HTTP/1.0" 200 1300
I repeated my actions to see if I could reproduce:
149.171.67.145 - - [07/Apr/2012:20:26:20 +1000] "GET /Main/UberSearchBox?section=topic;skin=text&baseweb=System&q=search&limit=10×tamp=1333794380108 HTTP/1.0" 200 4224
149.171.67.145 - - [07/Apr/2012:20:26:23 +1000] "GET /bin/kinosearch/System/PageCaching?search=search&web=all HTTP/1.0" 200 269896
149.171.67.145 - - [07/Apr/2012:20:26:33 +1000] "GET /pub/Main/SitePreferences/scienceUNSW.gif HTTP/1.0" 200 1300
but no luck:
| 2012-04-07T10:26:20Z info | z3208682 | view | Main.UberSearchBox | Firefox | 149.171.67.145 |
| 2012-04-07T10:26:33Z info | z3208682 | viewfile | Main.SitePreferences | scienceUNSW.gif Firefox | 149.171.67.145 |
Nothing in the other foswiki logs (debug, error) or the Apache error log. Not sure what other info to include. We're using FCGI+LDAP+Kino+MemoryLRU/BDB Caching. Going to file this against
KinoSearchPlugin 1.4 and
KinoSearchContrib 1.31 because of the timing of the upload.

Any chance this could be related to
Item11333?
ImagePlugin with the default config can add attachments to topics during view.
