Currently it is defined in the template as:

[[%USERSWEB%.%HOMETOPIC%][%WIKITOOLNAME%]]

which makes it hard to customize. And on the other hand we have WIKIHOMEURL that can be used.

This breaks sites using ShorterURLs. WIKIHOMEURL expands to (/) - the empty string, and it breaks the start of breadcrumbs, which becomes [[][Foswiki]]
