umlauts are not displayed correctly in NatSkin preview mode, PatternSkin preview works correctly.

looks like there is an incorrect latin1 utf8 conversion.

The other solution to the problem is to set your {Site}{CharSet} to utf8.

There is a CharsetConverterContrib in svn.
