this is and artifact of our multi-foswiki editing of the same topic set, but really, we should be able to fix it by making each web contain its canonical change list

we still parse the foswiki engine's log file to determine the databases transactions and as we have 3? engines pointing to the same database, any analysis of one engine's logs will always be wrong
