Yes. It's already a task. The new Icon conversion from single to double quotes ... or was it double to single - breaks a lot of things. Item12125

Are you sure this is a 1.1.6 bug? I don't see this on my release 1.1 install.

Hm, when did quotes change in %ICON? .... For now I've checked trunk.foswiki.org, which does show the error.

ArthurClemens implemented HtmlAttributesShouldUseSingleQuotes - Item11411. I think that's where the problem originates.

The most general way to do this is to allow the user control over the quotes that are used; so that's what I've done.
