• jquery-ui-dialog
  • don't add button.icon when undefined
  • the library can handle button icons by themselves -> removing home-made workaround used for older jquery-ui's
• jquery-loader: add css class for container to be loaded
• jquery-tabpane:
  • only reset the height when using effects switching tabs
  • force tabs to an overflow:visible not to interfere with li's having a different overflow property as part of the foswiki skin
• jquery-button: minor padding changes of icons
