Item12731: View Printable Version doesn't work for old revisions

If you are viewing an old revision of a page and then click the "View Printable Version" link in the bottom bar you'll see the printable version of the newest revision instead of the revision you were viewing.

I fixed this in my skin by creating a foswiki.myskin.tmpl that includes foswiki and overrides the definition of PRINT_ACTION so that the href ends in ;rev=$rev (and of course setting the SKIN site preference to myskin,nat)

This is broader than just revisions. If the print link doesn't copy over all URL parameters, then topics that customize based upon URL params lose all their customizations.

PatternSkin resolves this by adding %QUERYSTRING% to the printable view.

Seems to be working fine by now. Topic actions have been removed from the bottom bar.
