Consultants' pages should not make the contents of the attached
WikiConsultantForm visible to viewers.
i.e. the items in
WikiConsultantForm should all have the "hidden" flag set.
As
RichMorin points out: "our infrastructure is showing" and for no obvious reason.
The info is presented on the page; showing the form is unnecessary.
Alternatively (better?) use of
AutoViewTemplatePlugin or
AutoTemplatePlugin might be nice. (which one? why are there two??)

AutoViewTemplatePlugin was added to the core. Afterwards, I opened up a feature request to extend it. This feature was rejected by the community even though Oliver, the original author of
AutoViewTemplatePlugin, said that he would have accepted the feature for his plugin if it wasn't made a core plugin before. I then had to fork it into
AutoTemplatePlugin. Read more at
RulebasedViewTemplates.

^^^^^ Oh, ugh.
Hokay. Let's step back from the silly argument over plugins (Seriously? Guys? This is why there are now two plugins??)
Can we hide the items, or at least the redundant items, in the
WikiConsultantForm? I'd do it myself, but I don't have change access.

Vicki, I added you to the Maintain group. Go ahead and fix up the Form, or if you have the time, consider building a
ViewTemplate for the consultant pages. I initially hid the fields, and then realized that without a view template, it hides useful information from the consultant pages. Some have no more information than that listed in the form.
