Item12924: TopicTitle field loses macros on natedit mode

Sometimes we want a dynamic title, like "Events in %URLPARAM{"year" default="2000"}%" in a page with parametrized search by the same URLPARAM.

But, the TopicTitle field on natedit gives the rendered result in the value attribute. When the user saves the page, the dynamic title is lost.

That also loses the <nop> when used. :-/
