Item13567: TML in dirty areas not rendered correctly

I'm not sure what's going on.

• The TipsOfTheDayInclude topic works fine standalone
• Renders broken tml macros when included.

It's working fine on my local install

This appears to be a Cache bug. Problem has been duplicated in the Sandbox web. See Sandbox.TestTipsOfTheDay Removing the <dirtyarea> tags from the %INCLUDEd topic Sandbox.TipsOfTheDayInclude fixed the issue.

Regression in dirty area renderer.

Also: the way TipsContrib was written does not work out in cached regions. That's because

1. %CALC isn't a real macro; using %CALCULATE instead fixes this,
2. strange use of blackslash escapes inside a %CALC formula and
3. missing backslash escapes for some macro parameters.
