Item13625: AutoViewTemplatePlugin: reports Invalid template name ( Warning: Can't find named section viewtemplate in topic...) when used in "section" mode and no section exists.

I get the error

AutoViewTemplatePlugin: Invalid template name ( Warning: Can't find named section viewtemplate in topic PackageForm ) - contains non-ASCII characters

any time I look at a plugin topic in system web that uses the PackageForm

Note that I use {Plugins}{AutoViewTemplatePlugin}{Mode} = section

This is caused when the expansion of the "section" returns a not-found warning. The new validation code then fails. So the error was always there but ignored. Now that the code validates the template names, it falls over.
