Item13632: Duplicate Report, Install and Remove buttons at end of New Extensions page

I am upgrading to Foswiki 2.0. I am installing desired extensions.

By the time I had scrolled to the bottom of the list, all I saw was "Close this window".

I did not know or guess that closing the window would cancel all choices I had made!!

There was no "are you sure you want to cancel?"

This was extremely annoying.

Please:

• duplicate the INstall, Remove, Report buttons at the bottom of the list
• add a confirmation if the user accidentally clicks "close"

Confirming this as an enhancement request. Rather than duplicate the buttons, I think it would be better if they "floated" at either the top or bottom of the results. so they were always available.

Fixed by duplicating (floating is too hard), and piggybacked select/clear all buttons.
