Item13711: EditRowPlugin makes TablePlugin apply its formatting to the wrong column.

On a pseudosinatall check TestCases/TestCaseEditTableMixedTagOrder. Just look at it. In fact always look at these great test cases in TestCases web

The first column with the pencils is way too wide and the rest of the columnwidths are also wrong - all applied one position to the left

When ERP adds its pencil column, the TablePlugin applies its magic the wrong way

Update

TestCases/TestCaseEditTableWithTableInitSort actually shows that the initsort is happening on the right column and the columnwidth is happening on the wrong columns. So it is not a general thing that all TABLE tag attributes are applied to the wrong column.
