An edit/save cycle deletes the CALC macros in the test case.

It seems it it anything in a footer or in a LABEL type cell that gets deleted after an edit. Changing the title of the bug report

The footer was wrong because the expansion order of macros makes it impossible to see the TABLESETTING macro used. However there was a more subtle problem, in that values were being written to cells even when they had no URL parameter dictating a new value.
