In bulk_copy.pl, when attachment histories are copied, the user information is looked up incorrectly (it tries to use an author field from the META:FILEATTACHMENT record but that doesn't exist), so all attachment revisions are attributed to UnknownUser. The code would actually have to consult the user field.

Marking as urgent because this fails to preserve histories when converting to a different store.
