Item13998: Attachment count mismatch when viewing older topic versions

1. I added an attachment to rev=n of a topic
2. I added another attachment to rev=n+1 of a topic

Total 2 attachments of course and this is always the attachment count. However when you view rev=n you only get the 1st attachment listed. I.e. the count says 2 but the list only shows 1.

For consistency the attachment count should be based on the META in the revision, not the total attachments for the whole topic.

It's displayed by the template 'attachtables.pattern.tmpl', via %<QUERY{"length(attachments[NOT lc(attr)=~'h'])"}%, therefore it's an issue with QUERY and possibly quite a bit of work involved.
