Reverting the tiny amount of Foswiki::Address code embedded in any core code. It's clear that this work was not really complete, reading the original Feature Proposal (and related ones) there were still outstanding design decisions to work out.

Foswiki::Address and tests still in the master branch but removed from MANIFEST

The checkin deletes Foswiki::Meta::type() as well. Is this intentional? It doesn't seem to be related to Foswiki::Address

After some review, it seems this method is not particularly well thought out nor usable.
