Foswiki 2.1 added the ability to have multiple registration pages and user templates. However there is no way to generate a custom email.

Pass the templatetopic name into the templates as TEMPLATETOPIC. This could then be used for either a INCLUDE section name, or for conditional expansion of text in the registration messages.
