If I click on plus icon, to add a row, it will be added, but not at the position I would expect it to be.

2	another row
3	new added Row

Something does seem to be wrong here. However I don't get the "+" add row icon if I click the first row. However clicking row 2 got me the icons, and + added row 4. Interface does seem inconsistent. Setting to confirmed.
