Item14254: Add parameter to include subwebs

It would be nice so have a parameter to optionally also copy all sub-webs of the target "source" web. It could apply the same search, include, and exclude parameters to the sub-web.

To be consistent with similar settings elsewhere, perhaps this parameter could be called recurse, so recurse="on" would result in sub-webs being copied.
