ported to Foswiki, added BuildContrib support.

however, i find the result less than satisfying because it uses regex's to do the translation (ugh, not every problem can be solved with regex's :/ ). furthermore, it turns out that the MediaWiki syntax doesn't support its table format, and even though i personally hate MediaWiki's table syntax, i suspect that is the #1 reason most people want this. for that, see Extensions.MediaWikiTablePlugin.

it would certainly be nice to have Foswiki accept multiple wiki syntaxes as inputs, though ultimately it won't matter with better editors...
