The ChangeEmailAddress process returns a message to the effect of: "Your email address has been changed...", even when the dialog is used by an administrator to change the email address of a different user. This leads admins to believe that they accidentally changed their own email address.

The message should be clear about which user's email address was changed.

Deferring this to Foswiki 2.2 This will require translation updates, and the translation infrastructure is currently offline.
