I try another component wkhtmltopdf instead htmdoc, but problem is present. If I converting http stream (not file) to pdf file then OK, but I dont know how using Foswiki::Func correctly (permission denid on nonpublic topics). I need help to solve this.

This extension is mostly unmaintained. Try GenPDFWeasyPlugin or GenPDFPrincePlugin for better results.
