• added NATEDIT_SPELLCHECK preference setting to switch on/off spellchecking
• added NATEDIT_OPTIONS preference setting to customize natedit
• don't load edit tab via ajax anymore
• better checking for incompatible permission settings
• split up permissions tab into modular tmpl blocks to allow adding settings in there, as well as disable some as required, via an appropriate skin overlay
