While we had hierarchical webs since the beginning of forever, the template webs, those starting with an underscore can't be hierarchical:

  • _FooTemplate.BarSubWeb is not a valid web name -> need to change the regular expression for defaultWebName
  • when creating a new web the sub webs of the template web are not copied as well. -> need to adjust Foswiki::UI::Manage
