Many of the default plugins have actually been released in updated versions in between releases of Foswiki itself.
In 1.0.4 you should see also
EditTablePlugin as upgrade if you did not already upgrade it
Can you check that this is indeed the case?
if so there is no action on this
Another thing is when you test a beta or RC the upgrade is actually a downgrade. The version on Foswiki.org is simply not yet updated.
When I release a new version of Foswiki I actually reupload all the default extensions. I often do not even check if they needed it. I just update them all.
This way they should ALL say re-install
I no action this now. Reopen if the observation is that it still says upgrade even when the versions are the same
