In both Release branch and trunk contextLines feature (how many lines shown around changed lines) does not work when $Foswiki::cfg{StoreImpl} = 'RcsLite';

It seems the feature was never implemented in the RcsLite code.

This hits mainly Windows users that did not install RCS and are using RcsLite.

Scope for fixing would be 1.1.0. If we fix it. Maybe we implement CompareRevisionsAddOn behaviour instead and dump rdiff.

Confirmed. I think it's unlikely we can fix this for 1.1, though Sven is working on Windows so maybe.
