At present there is no option for rendering the "tooltip" attribute of Data Form fields which really limits the usefulness of this value. VarFORMFIELD format parameter already has several tags ($name, $attributes, $type, $size) that relate to the Data Form definition–versus the topic data which this tag is usually used for. So why not add this one?

The tooltip field has been renamed description in 1.2, but otherwise I agree. Simple enhncement.

One addition format tag that would be useful would be to display all defined field values. The tag might be $values or $origvalues. If we need a separate task for this addition, let me know.
