Item2219: Upgrade errors

When trying to upgrade from 1.0.6 to the most recent version using the most recent debian packages, I get dpkg configuration errors:

What needs to be done to make dpkg configure run through?

Sorry about that. I was preparing packages for Debian upload and wasn't using Sven's packages. I wasn't expecting my packages to be uploaded to his distribution.

The unnecessary cp is probably in one of the preinst, postinst, prerm, or postrm files in /var/lib/dpkg/info/foswiki.*

/etc/foswiki/apache.conf will probably need to be updated to have /bin scriptaliased to /var/lib/foswiki/bin

A new autobuilt package is at http://debmarshal.debian.net/foswiki/pool/main/f/foswiki/foswiki_1.0.7-auto5229-0_all.deb with the cp fix. You can also track it using several different sources.list lines, mentioned at http://debmarshal.debian.net Let me know if that solves the install problem.

mmm, crud :/ I'm updating my repository right now too.

I added the copy because there are some people that have used non-debian package installation to add more cgi scripts - or have done it by hand.
