Naming convention: pluginname (lowercase) DivOrSpanName. For instance: commentPluginBox.

It would be good to create a list of "plugins to do".

I do not think the current bugs web has any feature to show items deferred.

But as long as we do not checkin code for this one until after 4.1 then there is no issue. It is marked as an enhancement bug so it does not disturb the impression of the quality based on backlog.
