Item2457: Pattern Skin has a hardcoded bullet-lock.gif in it

and various other images that are basically part of the standard system.

can we move these to DocumentGraphics so that they can be styled by replacement *Graphics topics such as the one I'm doing for Item2456.

This is possible Actually, how, from a css file? I cannot write DocumentGraphics, because the ICONTOPIC is set as variable.

Second, bullet-lock is 9x9 - in another icon lib the size might be different.

Configure has a method to load an image from a css file:

background-image:url(configure?action=resource;resource=icon_warn_white.gif);

sorry, I didn't mean style as in css, i mean style as in replace DocumentGraphics with FamFamFamGraphics and thus all the icons (including that lock) would be replaced with a famfamfam version.

sizing is just a documentation and implementation detail - if all bullet-*.gif images should be 9x9, those making replacements would make those 9x9 too.

i've separated the tasks, specifically because I think all icons should be sourced from the ICONTOPIC topic - and then we can work towards making that more replaceable.
