An admin needs to have a quick overview of important things:

current software version
possible updates of extensions
users and groups and access rights of these
list of installed extensions
- setting extensions to debug mode
- read the resulting logs
access to the server logs
...

Proposal: create one overview page of the most important info.

This really needs a proposal, and a developer. In addition much of this has changed with new configure. And my gut feel is that there is way too much information here to list in a single place. Setting to No Action.
